is just like crayons.

[Note: I see Charlie only three more times before I’m relieved of my duties as Positive Peer Mentor for the year. Two weeks ago my supervisor gave me a “transitions packet” that explains how to end our mentor-mentee relationship in a healthy and positive way. It’s been kinda tough. But he understands and we’ve been talking about what endings mean for different people. He wrote the above poem yesterday when I was in class with him. That last line is perfect.]
